Refund Policy

Once we receive your request via email at accounting@virtualbikefitting.com, we will notify you that we have received your refund request.

We will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within usually 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
